This is most often used when cleaning walls of a property which have become discoloured with algae ect.

Perhaps its K-rend, pebble dash, brick or roughcast concrete to name a few surfaces, usually we can treat any type surfaces using one method or another.

Why soft-washing works

Soft-washing in general is an application of a chemical to clear the current growth and to inhibit regrowth of the green, red and black algae you most commonly see.

The treatment is applied using soft methods (low pressure application)

This application is left on the surface to work.

One type of chemical is washed off using low pressure.

Other methods are left to continue working as a long term cleaning process. We offer this cleaning too, its using biocide application to remove the biological growth.

Please note that using the slower process is not an instant fix and can be very difficult to know the end results.

It certainly works in most instances.

If growth is continued then another application can be made at further cost.

We can provide this at a reduced cost and we usually provide this periodically to keep the property looking its best.
